Refund Policy

At SKY Overseas, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Consultancy Fees

1.1 All consultancy fees are non-refundable once the service agreement has been signed and services have commenced.

1.2 In the event that services are terminated by SKY Overseas due to a breach of terms and conditions by the client, no refund will be issued.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

2.1 Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of SKY Overseas. Exceptional circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

Severe illness or medical condition preventing the client from continuing with the application process.
Unforeseen personal emergencies.
2.2 Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates) within 30 days of the occurrence of the exceptional circumstance.

3. Application Fees

3.1 Application fees paid to educational institutions, testing centers, or other third parties are non-refundable under any circumstances. SKY Overseas does not have control over these fees and cannot process refunds on behalf of these entities.

4. Pre-Paid Service Packages

4.1 If you have pre-paid for a service package and wish to cancel before any services have been rendered, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 20% administrative fee.

4.2 No refunds will be issued once the services outlined in the package have commenced.

5. Process for Refund Requests

5.1 To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to SKY Overseas at enquiry@skyoverseas.org detailing the reasons for the refund request and any relevant supporting documentation.

5.2 SKY Overseas will review the request and notify the client of the decision within 14 business days of receiving the request.

5.3 If a refund is approved, the client will receive the refund through the original payment method within 30 business days of the approval notification.

6. Disputes

6.1 Any disputes regarding refunds must be submitted in writing to SKY Overseas within 30 days of the refund decision.

6.2 SKY Overseas will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.
